About Happier Humans
The world moves fast, and a lot of people feel overwhelmed. Parents are flooded with conflicting advice about wellness. Educators are expected to support students emotionally, but often without the tools or time to do it well. And working professionals? Many are feeling burned out, anxious, and stressed. There’s endless information online, but very little support that’s clear, trustworthy, and actually helpful.
That’s why we created Happier Humans. We’re a health and wellness company offering real-world, research-backed strategies to help people build resilience and emotional strength at every stage of life.
We’re Dr. Natalie LaDuke and Dr. Carly Tindall-Biggins, licensed psychologists, researchers, and working moms. We identified a clear problem: many adults are overwhelmed and lack simple, trustworthy support. With over a decade of experience working with kids, parents, schools, and working professionals—and raising children of our own—we knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Our mission is simple: to make emotional wellness not just possible but practical.
We believe resilience isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a skill that can be taught, learned, and practiced. With the right tools, people can feel more confident, connected, and capable, even in challenging moments.
We’ve created three clear paths to support mental wellness:
For busy parents who want to care for themselves and their families without the overwhelm.
For educators who want to support student well-being without burning out.
For adults and working professionals who want more tools for resilience and emotional wellness.
What makes us different?
All of our tools are created by licensed psychologists who are also researchers and busy working moms. We combine evidence-based knowledge with real-life experience. We know what works, and we translate the research into clear, practical steps you can take today.
We believe emotional wellness is for everyone.
Since launching Happier Humans, we’ve seen our tools change lives. Parents feel more connected. Educators feel more supported and less alone. Working professionals feel calmer, clearer, and in control.
We’re not promising perfection. We’re offering progress. The kind that leads to happier homes, healthier workplaces, and stronger humans.
